Initial situation:
To secure American military properties in Germany, guarding services are tendered with restricted competition by the United States Armed Forces.
An already prequalified American cooperation partner asks PROTEUS.one for support in the tendering process. It is planned for Proteus.one to take over the performance component “personnel selection and development” after the contract is awarded.
Approach:
Close communication with regard to procurement requirements and discussion of relevant legal issues. Development of two company profiles with reference lists for documentation demonstrating that both partners are able to present corresponding orders in the long term and beyond the region, both in terms of personnel, organization and technology. Complementary compilation of proof of expertise and reliability of engaged instructors and trainers.
Result:
The joint offer makes the shortlist. In the end, the contracting authority awards the contract to the previous service provider. The well-established “transatlantic relations” between PROTEUS.one and the American network partner lead to further joint projects and continue to this day.
