GermanySecurity Project Management on the occasion of the IMC 2014 in Munich

Task/ Cause:

The International Monetary Conference (IMC) is an annual gathering of approximately 200 of the world's most influential bankers meeting informally with leading finance ministers, regulators and central bank officials from industrial countries.
On the recommendation of a major German bank, the American Bankers Association (ABA) appointed PROTEUS.one to take over the security project management for the event taking place at the Hotel “Bayerischer Hof” in Munich in 2014. Many international sovereign and private security interests and needs are required to be coordinated.

Measures:

Conducting of preliminary discussions and site inspections with domestic and foreign official and private security agencies. Determination of the security deployment in coordination with all personal protection and event protection partners. Staffing and individual assignment of the executive protection teams.  Establishment of a “command room” at the hotel for the planning, coordination and control of all security measures within the hotel and at the relevant off-sites.

Result:

Non-occurrence of serious risk relevant incidents. As the event progresses, however, numerous medical emergencies occur that are professionally attended to by the company’s EP specialists. PROTEUS.one establishes itself as security partner of the International Monetary Conference and the American Bankers Association.
