He began his career with Germany\u2019s Federal Criminal Police Office (Bundeskriminalamt), where he served in counterterrorism and on the Personal Protection Detail for former Federal President Prof. Dr. Roman Herzog.<\/p>\n

In 2004, he co-founded Proteus.one in collaboration with the Institute for Conflict Research and Crisis Consulting (IFKK), based in Munich-Aschheim.<\/p>\n

Oliver holds a Master\u2019s degree (PPE \u2013 executive leadership program) from Ludwig Maximilian University Munich and a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Public Administration. He is also a certified Security Manager in Football (SRH University Heidelberg) and serves as a Security Representative for an international sports organization in Germany.<\/p>\n
