OLIVER GRAF
Oliver Graf holds a bachelor’s degree in public administration (FH), a master’s degree from Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich and is Security Manager in Football (DFB, DFL, SRH University Heidelberg).
The lecturer at FH Campus Wien has over 30 years of professional experience in the public and private security sector. He served in the Federal Criminal Police Office in counter-terrorism and as a personal protection officer for the Federal President before co-founding Proteus.one in 2004 in collaboration with the Institute for Conflict Research and Crisis Consulting.
TIMO SEIBERT
Timo Seibert holds a bachelors’s degree in public administration (faculty police), is a certified security manager from the European Business School and the second managing director of Proteus.one, where he focuses on operational management.
His career has taken him from the Hessian State Police to the corporate security departments of Fraport AG, Lufthansa AG and Commerzbank AG. Many years of experience as Head of Event Security at the German Football Association and Head Safety & Security and Medical at EURO 2024 GmbH round off his broad background of experience.
ANDREAS SCHUBERT
Andreas Schubert is responsible for the areas of security technology, IT and communication security, as well as software-based risk management.
The trained hardware and software developer, certified Security Engineer (BdSI), and Information Security Manager is constantly and meticulously exploring optimization potentials in the automated analysis and control of relevant threat risks. His responsibilities also include evaluating personal protection concepts from a quality assurance perspective. He is particularly concerned with the protection of sensitive customer data, not only since the new General Data Protection Regulation.
KILIAN LAIMER
Kilian Laimer holds qualifications in the area of business administration and was employed by the Bavarian police for a total of 9 years – predominantly in special assignments. During this time, he did extensive training in unarmed hand-to-hand combat and physical performance, and went on to be deployed as a trainer in this space.
With a high level of expertise and organisational talent, he combines purpose with passion and is often the last person to be seen in the office in the evening. In the Proteus.one management team, he is the central point of contact for our project and existing customers from the sports sector.
Carsten Ibele
Carsten Ibele is a qualified investigator, specialist in spatial, route and object reconnaissance and former owner of a security company.
The certified quality manager with a high affinity for IT is head of the Equipment & Organisational Services department, but as an operational all-rounder, with unshakeable optimism and exemplary commitment, he can be found wherever he is needed.
Dr. Pantaleon Fassbender
Pantaleon Fassbender has extensive experience as a senior manager at KPMG in the fields of restructuring and forensic services.
Since 2011, the psychology graduate has played a key role in the success story of Proteus.one as Senior Consultant Protective Intelligence & Forensics. In addition to preparing risk analyses, his work focuses on psychological crisis management (threat assessments, personality assessments from a distance). Pantaleon Fassbender also advises global companies in the areas of stress prevention and resilience building for managers.
Michael Sorge
With a focus on corporate security advisory as well as strategic security and crisis management consulting, Michael Sorge has been supporting Proteus.one since his retirement in the professional support of listed corporations, family businesses and sports organizations.
He was a member of the Baden-Württemberg police forces in various functions. Following his move into the private sector, he held positions as team leader of the in-house consulting unit of Bayer AG and Global Chief Security Officer of the Group. He advanced to become a member of the top management circle and was the single point of contact for security authorities worldwide until 2018.
Lectureships have taken him to the Police School of North Rhine-Westphalia and the EBS Business School. He is still an active member of the scientific advisory board of the Association of German Criminal Investigators (BDK).
